Indie Head Massage is the art of manipulating the soft tissue of the scalp, face and neck. Warmed fractionated coconut oil is infused with essential oils and is applied around the hairline and massaged into the scalp. 

For treatment on the face, a non-comedogenic squalane face oil is applied, and cold roller balls are applied afterwards to soothe sinus regions and alleviate tension around the jaw and temples.

Techniques employed in this treatment are within the Scope of Practice for Massage Therapy, therefore can be claimed for insurance benefits.

If pain relief is the goal, a 75 minute treatment can better address conditions such as TMJ (jaw) pain, cervicogenic and tension headaches, as well as pain in the face from clenching or grinding.

If relaxation is the goal, this 60 minute treatment will incorporate a variety of massage techniques to help release stress and tension and create a sense of peace and well-being.
